Q) What is Psychotherapy?
A)  Psychotherapy is a communicative process for achieving mental health and resolving emotional, behavioural, personality problems and psychiatric disorders. It teaches you strategies and gives you tools to deal with stress, and enables you to transform unhealthy thoughts and behaviours into productive ones.

While Most psychotherapy hinges on communication between the therapist and the individual, it is much more than talking about your problems. While family or friends can help you feel better or even provide good advice for change; this is not psychotherapy!

Psychotherapy is the professional relationship between a therapist and a client that is based on psychological principles, structure and technique. Psychotherapy works best if a trusting relationship is built between you and your psychotherapist and requires your active participation in the process.

Q) What is Hypnotherapy?
A) Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a medium for therapy. Hypnosis in a naturally occurring state of relaxation, intense concentration and focused attention, e.g. when you are absorbed in reading a book or involved in watching a film. With the help of a trained hypnotherapist, you can achieve this mental state to facilitate change on a subconscious level. This makes the therapeutic process efficient

It is important to know that you are more open to positive suggestions during hypnosis, however you do not lose control over yourself and cannot be made to act against your will.

Q) What is Life Coaching?
A) Do you often find it difficult to get where you want to go in life or even know your goals? Do you know what you truly value in life? Do you know who you really know what and who you really want to be?

Your life coach assists you to gain clarity regarding these and many other questions. Life Coaching is a structured method by which a professional can help you achieve your goal and fulfil your maximum potential. The Coach supports and motivates you in your life journey.

Note that you do not need to have psychological issues to benefits from Life Coaching.

Q) How long is a consultation/session?
A) Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes, however the initial consultation might take up to 90 minutes.

Q) How many sessions will I require?
A) This depends on what you want to change, but 3 to 8 sessions is typical. This can be discussed in the initial consultation.

Q) Will my discussion remain confidential?
A) Yes! I respect, protect and preserve confidentiality of all my clients. I notify my clients when there are legal and ethical limits of that confidentiality.
